RETURNS POLICY

•Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

•Exchanges – If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour we will happily exchange for you.

•Refunds – There may be a RESTOCKING FEE of 15%

All items must be returned in perfect and unworn condition –  in the same condition they were received.

* If you receive a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will only exchange faulty items ( NO REFUNDS )

Returned items remain the customers responsibility until received by us – we recommend, for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and also offers proof of delivery.

Please ensure that you enclose all the information that we will need to process your return which should include – your name, address, order reference number, the reason for the return and any requested replacement products. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer When trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item as we will not accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
