You could place your order today and receive your picture tomorrow. frequently asked questions What is the process for ordering personalised prints When you order we will ask you to provide examples from the website that you really like. We may also ask you about colors and backgrounds and any other specifics that will help us create a portrait you will love. Then there’s the proof process in which you will choose from a selection proofs before we print. We then do any alterations to your proofs if necessary to ensure you will be totally satisfied with the finished product. What are the quality of the canvases like? The canvases are printed on high grade canvas and stretched across hand made kiln dried wood frames. They are printed with UV inks so are resistant against fading. Your canvas will last a life time. How can I send my photo to you? You can send your original photo in to us and we can scan it in-house. Otherwise please upload using the upload button on our site or send us an e-mail of your digital photo. How do I send a very lage image file? Our upload facility on the product page takes upto 10MB. If you are struggling to upload artwork using our uploader please email your artwork to us or if the file(s) is larger than 10mb you could use a file sending service like www.wetransfer.com. Please include your order number What quality of photo do you want me to send? The bigger the better! The best quality will come from 300dpi resolution. If in doubt, contact us and send us your photos and we can let you know what can be achieved. Can photos be edited and cropped to my needs? Yes. We provide a free service for general editing of your photos. We can remove red eye, blemishes or even slightly alter the background. If there is extensive editing required of the photo we will charge a small fee for the service but we will agree this with you before starting work. How long will it take? From us receiving your image to you receiving your canvas usually takes no longer than 3 working days, this can be quicker if it is for a special occasion just give us a call. We have delivered in 24 hours in some cases. How are the pictures packaged and delivered? We package them with bubble wrap then strong cardboard so your canvas gets delivered to you safely. The canvas is sent out with one of our specialist couriers who are fully insured. Shipping We deliver throughout the UK mainland using insured couriers. We use Royal Mail to deliver to other destinations. Custom garment printing Setup Costs When ordering a customisation for the first time, a setup charge might be applied to your order. The setup cost covers the time and expense of converting the file or text you upload into a format that can be used by our printing or embroidery machines. The setup cost for all customisations is a one time charge! Once you have paid your first setup you will not be charged again on future orders for the same customisation.
